What if we used our attention to make something?
Our phones are full of things to watch, read, refresh and scroll through. Some of them are wonderful. But it's surprisingly easy to reach for a screen and leave it feeling as though you've been somewhere without really going anywhere.
The Feel Good Corner began with a different question: what if we made the small things we do on our screens feel a little more meaningful?
Not by turning every moment into a productivity challenge. Not by telling people how to live. And certainly not by pretending that feeling good means being happy all the time.
Instead, by making simple, engaging tools that invite us to create something, understand a feeling, return to an intention, or choose what happens next.
What we're building
We're starting with a few ideas that feel genuinely useful in everyday life.
Iyazha is a personal meditation experience being built for iOS and Android, thoughtful, tailored sessions that help you find perspective, not just background calm.
Mood Shaper is a free creative reflection tool for naming feelings, giving them colour and shape, and manually colouring with optional guided reflection.
Affirmation Popper is a deliberately simple, free reminder app: your own affirmation appearing when you choose, without unnecessary extras.
There will be writing, experiments and perhaps things we haven't imagined yet. We're in the early days, and the ideas will grow with what people actually find useful.
The philosophy
We want the reward of using a tool to come from what it helps you do, not from being persuaded to stay on the screen a little longer.
Sometimes that's a meditation. Sometimes a scribble. Sometimes it's one decision to close an app and go do something that matters to you.
Our tools aren't here to grade your progress, define success for you, or promise that every day can be perfect. They're here to give you interesting ways to pay attention to your own life.
To feel good, for us, is to feel that your life is yours to participate in.
One choice, one little experiment, one day at a time.
Welcome to the corner.
